Corporate University

The professionalism of our employees is a key factor in achieving competitive advantages of GC Gradient. We established Corporate University – an education centre – in order to train and develop the staff of our company.

Main objectives:

  • To improve the employees' professional performance;
  • To create conditions to settle down the pressing issues of the company, connected with developing and running  the business;
  • To develop a system of selection, training and professional growth support of the most talented employees to improve the efficiency of business management.

Corporate University is a unified system of corporate training and development of the personnel working for Gradient.

The University established special internal schools, each focusing on the development of different competences:

  • School for Counselors;
  • School for Trade Representatives;
  • School for Supervisors;
  • School for Line Managers;
  • School for Tutors.

All schools are united by a common concept and methodology. Developed programs are aimed at both solving specific business problems and implementing the strategy of the company.

The training process consists of different levels that correspond to students' knowledge and goals set at every particular level. The training results in obtaining required skills and knowledge and increases work efficiency.

Thus we create the opportunities that encourage constant and all-round development of every staff member of GC Gradient.
